About Our Client

The client is a Multi-Discipline Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) company that specializes in providing comprehensive solution to collect and recycles all forms of used oil using the highest environmental standards.

Business Challenges

The scope of this project was quite extensive, involving the design and detailing of turnkey skid mounted waste recovery and recycling plants intended for waste management and the alternative fuels industry. Services include designing, engineering, manufacturing, supplying, starting up and commissioning used oil re-refining plants on a turn-key basis for its clients by building affordable, custom-made, reliable, and state-of-the art-waste recovery plants.

The entire package works consist of Plant layout, Equipment design using PV Elite software (ASME “U” STAMPING Pressure vessel, Heat Exchangers, columns, Receivers, storage tanks), Piping modeling ,Isometrics works, E&I Works, cable tray, wiring drawing were done using, E3D & AutoCAD software’s. The project team has tight time frame of just six months given by customer to complete the project.
