• 10+ years of experience in HVAC product engineering, design, or development.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
• Knowledge of ASHRAE, AHRI, UL, CE, and European HVAC standards.
• Experience in offshore engineering service delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills.
• Experience managing distributed engineering teams.
