GCC, the TAAL Tech way

A Global Capability Center (GCC) is a dedicated, long-term capability built to serve as an extension of your engineering organization. TAAL Tech helps customers set up and scale GCC teams that operate with defined governance, role clarity, and predictable delivery, while staying closely aligned to business priorities. This model is effective when customers want to build a stable capability for engineering execution, continuous improvement, and domain depth without the overhead of building a large in-house team from scratch.

Through a GCC engagement, TAAL Tech enables access to specialized talent across disciplines and domains, supported by mature processes, tools familiarity, and structured reporting. The GCC can be designed to handle core engineering workstreams such as design and detailing, validation support, documentation, change management, and sustenance engineering, with the flexibility to scale up or down based on program demand.

BOT model for building your captive capability

The Build Operate Transfer (BOT) model is suited for organizations that want to create their own captive engineering team, but prefer a structured, lower-risk path to get there. TAAL Tech builds the team, sets up the operating framework, and runs the operation for an agreed period, ensuring delivery stability and process maturity. Once the capability reaches defined performance and readiness milestones, the operation can be transferred to the customer as a fully functioning captive unit.
