Create/Develop, manage, and maintain detailed Revit MEP models for electrical systems including LV, MV, lighting, grounding, cable tray layouts, ELV systems and equipment rooms.
Create intelligent Revit families, annotation symbols, and parametric components adhering to company and project BIM standards.
Ensure models are fully coordinated across disciplines (Architecture, Structure, HVAC, Plumbing) and meet defined LOD (Level of Development) and quality benchmarks.
Produce high-quality drawings including single line diagrams, lighting layouts, power layouts, and equipment schedules directly from Revit models.
Maintain model consistency, naming conventions, and BIM data integrity as per the project’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
Deliver outputs aligned with project schedules and internal QA/QC standards
Expert in Autodesk Revit MEP – electrical modeling, family creation, circuiting, and documentation.
Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 Collaborate Pro.
In-depth knowledge of data centre electrical systems and redundancy design (Tier III / IV).
Understanding of international electrical standards (NEC, IEC, NFPA, and IEEE).
Strong focus on output speed, detail accuracy, and deliverable quality.
