Roles & Responsibilities 

• Preparation of Datasheets / Specification / Requisition for Static Equipment i.e. pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers.
• Preparation of Tech. Bid Evaluation of Vendor offers for Static Equipment.
• Responsible for Scope, Spec, Change, Vendor Engineering Document management for Equipment Packages .
• Review Vendor drawings.
• Prepare Design calculations for in-house fabricated Static Eqpt, prepare MTO for estimation as well as fabrication purposes, review the Static Eqpt drawings prepared by designers.
• Carryout out Fatigue Analysis where required (including Finite Element Analysis).
• Extensive hands-on experience in design and engineering of static equipment viz. pressure vessels, storage tanks, heat exchangers etc.
• Shall be capable of independently producing design calculations and specifications, carrying out drawing reviews, preparing MTO for estimation as well as fabrication purposes.
• Good knowledge of selection and specification of Materials is also essential.
