Roles & Responsibilities 

• Responsible for projects pertaining to Industrial products like Jacks, cranes, Boilers, Hydraulic cylinders, Aerospace GSE Tooling, GPU/HPU, Rotating equipment’s like Pumps and Blowers, ETO’s, Machine Tool, Fixture design and validation, Casting products, CAD Modelling and FEA.
• Research, design and support mechanical, electromechanical, and hydraulic products and systems.
• Perform tolerance stack up analysis, stress/strain calculations and load analysis.
• Responsible for NPD projects along with selection and sizing of elements backed by hand calculations for validation and FEA using ANSYS.
• Develop methods and procedures for testing products and systems.
• Use lean manufacturing tools like 5S, Kaizen, PDCA and processes wherever required.
• Use ERP system to create, manage, and modify engineering bills of materials.
• Create 3D CAD models and 2D drawings of various components of Automotive/Aerospace /Industrial /Structural domains.
• Prepare project plan & estimation, Training Plan & Execution guidelines.
• Lead the team of engineers to achieve the desired output and also work as onsite co-ordinator.
• Travel and relocation possible to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering followed by five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressive experience in the related occupations of Senior Engineer, Principal Engineer, Assistant Manager- Applications, Design Engineer, Assistant Project Manager or equivalent utilizing tools such as GD&T, UG-Nx2, Auto CAD and Auto-Trol.
