- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in HVAC or a related industry.
- Proficiency in Solid Edge for modeling, assembly, and drafting.
- Experience with sheet metal design, fabrication processes, and GD&T.
- Strong understanding of HVAC principles and industry standards.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and engineering change control processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Experience in designing diffusers, dampers, louvers, or other HVAC components using Solidedge.
- Knowledge of CFD or FEA tools for performance simulation.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing and DFM/DFA principles.
