Roles & Responsibilities:

• 10+ years of experience in project management within the engineering, oil and gas, chemical, or power sectors.

• Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects, with a track record of successful delivery.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision- making abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

• Manage and oversee project-based or task-based activities for designated client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.

• Coordinate with internal engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project requirements and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress and performance, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for project-related communications.

• Prepare and present project status reports, including progress updates, cost tracking, and resource allocation.

• Lead project meetings, including kick-off, status, and review meetings, with clients and internal teams.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend strategies to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Mentor and guide junior project team members, providing support and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
