Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed Revit ELV/ICT models for data centres, including BMS, EPMS, CCTV, ACS, PA, Fire Alarm, and structured cabling systems.

• Utilize advanced Revit features (work-sharing, parametric families, view templates) and manage collaboration through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).

• Prepare ELV schematics, riser diagrams, I/O summaries, device layouts, and cable routing plans.

• Design ICT systems: server room cabling, backbone & horizontal cabling, racks, pathways, FTTx, and network infrastructure.

• Develop BMS & EPMS layouts, including sensor placement, controllers, power monitoring devices, and integration with electrical systems.

• Plan and model security systems: CCTV camera layouts, ACS door hardware, panel locations, and conduit/cable containment.

• Coordinate with MEP, electrical, architectural, and security consultants to ensure clash-free and compliant ELV designs.
