Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed Revit Architecture models at varying Levels of Development (LOD) as per project requirements.

• Model and document architectural elements such as walls, doors, windows, finishes, facades, and curtain wall systems.

• Create detailed sheets, elevations, sections, and schedules directly from Revit.

• Ensure speed, accuracy, and quality in all modeling and documentation deliverables.

• Maintain compliance with project BIM standards, templates, and family libraries.

• Work on a variety of building types including Residential, Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Medical, and Data Centres.

• Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure spatial and service integration.

• Participate in clash detection and issue resolution using Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) tools.
