Tooling Design: hands-on engineering expert with proven experience in tooling, manufacturing systems, automation, robotics, and complete project execution from concept through commissioning across multiple industries.

• Lead development of Tooling, SPM, and Automation solutions across Rail, Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Energy, Semiconductor, Battery, and Medical Device industries.
• Drive end-to-end Design-to-Build project execution from concept engineering, detailed design, manufacturing support, build, installation, and commissioning.
• Provide technical mentorship in tooling, fixtures, machine design, robotics, material handling systems, and manufacturing engineering.
• Support customer engagements, technical proposals, competency development, and mentoring of engineering teams.
• Establish engineering standards, vendor ecosystem, reusable solutions, and scalable tooling and automation capabilities for business growth.
