Experience	15+ years
Educational Qualification	BE/M.TECH in Mechanical (with MBA will be added advantage)
SKILL / TOOLS KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED	Basic CAD tool knowledge, communication skills, expert in team management & Microsoft office tools.
MUST REQUIRED SKILLS	Expert in Trailers / Truck body design and developments along with its regulation requirements. Team management, Support for new prospects / customers & Organization development activities.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION
(DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE ETC):

• Expert in Trailers / Truck body design and development along with different geography regulatory requirements.
• Material knowledge and manufacturing process experience preferred.
• Team management, co-ordination, technical walk through & expert problem solving.
• Good experience in interacting with customers / vendors.
• Good experience in interacting with different teams like stress, documentation and so on.
• Support for new prospects / customers.
• Organization development activities like evaluation of team performance, training the team for skill development & interviews.
• Responsible for different reports for customers & management.
