  • 10+ years of experience in electrical design, with a strong portfolio of US and European projects.
  • Proven experience in BIM management and integration within MEP projects (Revit, AutoCAD).
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and standards in the US and Europe (NEC, IEC, BS, etc.).
  • Experience in leading electrical design for multi-disciplinary teams on complex projects.
  • Strong proficiency in electrical design software, including Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and BIM tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in performing electrical system calculations, energy modeling, and simulation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and teams effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical design efforts for large-scale projects in sectors such as Datacenter, industrial, commercial, and infrastructure.
  • Develop and manage electrical design packages, including power distribution, lighting, and systems integration.
  • Utilize BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.) to develop accurate and detailed electrical models and ensure coordination with other disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP).
  • Supervise and mentor a team of electrical engineers and designers, ensuring high standards of design quality and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal project teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Perform electrical load calculations, energy analysis, and selection of electrical equipment.
  • Lead the implementation of BIM workflows and processes to improve project coordination, reduce rework, and enhance design quality.
  • Oversee clash detection and resolution for electrical systems, ensuring that designs are coordinated with other disciplines.
  • Manage and review electrical design documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
  • Support project managers with scheduling, budgeting, and cost control for electrical design aspects.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and BIM advancements to ensure continuous improvement.
