Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed Revit HVAC models for data centers, including chilled water systems, CRAH/CRAC units, air-side equipment, and mechanical rooms.
- Apply advanced Revit features (work-sharing, parametric families, system modeling) and collaborate using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Prepare HVAC design drawings: duct layouts, piping layouts, equipment layouts, schematics, and riser diagrams.
- Model and design precision cooling solutions: hot aisle/cold aisle containment, in-row
- Support design of chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and associated mechanical infrastructure.
- Perform airflow and load considerations based on ASHRAE TC 9.9, Uptime Institute, and data center cooling standards.
- Coordinate with MEP, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and architectural teams to ensure clash-free HVAC integration.
- Ensure compliance with BEP, LOD requirements, and manage/maintain HVAC Revit families and templates.
- Conduct QA/QC checks for model accuracy, documentation quality, and adherence to design specifications
