Roles & Responsibilities:
- To Validate Design as per the Intent of the given Task.
- To perform Model analysis and check the 3D Model Integrity as per the standards.
- To perform Wire Harness Checks as per the Electrical Layout Drawings.
- To Check Wire Harness Routings with respect to the Connectors used as per the Harness Layout Drawings.
- To Check the definition, position and clearance of the Decals for the Connectors and Terminal Plugs in the Electrical Routings assembly.
- To Check Placard Layout Drawings with respect to the Placard definitions & standards.
- To Check Schematic Layout Drawings as per the standards.
- To Check Exterior Paint Drawings as per the standards.
- To validate Vendor Parts with respect to the Vendor specification Drawings.
- To Check Profile Card of all the files before Release into the PLM.
- To perform Clash Analysis in Assemblies within the Limits of acceptance in accordance to standards.
- To validate the Data and verify to check if the Latest and the appropriate file is used in the Assembly.
- To Check the report of the Workflow to verify the Task details have been listed and described accurately.
- To Communicate with the Designers & Leads in reference to the Design and Design related Changes and see to the implementation of the same
