ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop detailed Revit models for plumbing and fire protection systems, including domestic water, drainage, vent, stormwater, and fire suppression networks.
• Utilize advanced Revit features (work-sharing, parametric families, system mapping) and collaborate through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Prepare design drawings: piping layouts, schematics, riser diagrams, equipment layouts, pump rooms, and valve schedules.
• Model fire protection systems: sprinklers, hydrants, FM200/clean agent systems.
• Design plumbing systems including water supply, PHE systems, RO/soft water lines, floor drains, trench drains, and equipment connections.
• Coordinate closely with HVAC, electrical, civil, structural, and architectural teams to ensure clash-free integration of pipes and fire protection elements.
• Apply relevant standards: NFPA, IPC/UPC, FM Global, and data center-specific requirements.
• Maintain BIM Execution Plan (BEP) compliance, LOD standards, and manage discipline-specific Revit families.
• Conduct QA/QC checks for model accuracy, documentation quality, and adherence to project specifications.
