ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Design Engineer – Plumbing & Fire Engineering, plays a key role in the delivery of high-quality design solutions across building services projects including DATA CENTER Commercial & Residential Buildings, operating under limited supervision, taking ownership of defined project tasks and leading projects from concept through to completion.( USA,UK ,Europe )
• Take ownership of defined plumbing and fire protection design packages and manage mid-to-large projects independently.
• Preparation of project schedule & effort estimation.
• Design work includes domestic water supply systems, hot and cold-water systems, drainage and sewerage systems, stormwater management systems, water treatment systems, fire protection systems (hydrant, sprinkler, wet riser, dry riser, foam systems), fire suppression systems (FM200 / clean agent systems), underground utility plans, and pump room layouts.
• Engineering tasks include water demand calculations, fixture unit calculations, pipe sizing, hydraulic calculations for fire fighting systems, pump head calculations, drainage calculations, stormwater calculations, equipment selection, preparation of schematics/riser diagrams, layout drawings, and coordination drawings.
