Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Create/Develop, manage, and maintain detailed Revit MEP models for electrical systems including LV, MV, lighting, grounding, cable tray layouts, ELV systems and equipment rooms.
  • Create intelligent Revit families, annotation symbols, and parametric components adhering to company and project BIM standards.
  • Ensure models are fully coordinated across disciplines (Architecture, Structure, HVAC, Plumbing) and meet defined LOD (Level of Development) and quality benchmarks.
  • Produce high-quality drawings including single line diagrams, lighting layouts, power layouts, and equipment schedules directly from Revit models.
  • Maintain model consistency, naming conventions, and BIM data integrity as per the project’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
  • Deliver outputs aligned with project schedules and internal QA/QC standards
  • Expert in Autodesk Revit MEP – electrical modeling, family creation, circuiting, and documentation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 Collaborate Pro.
  • In-depth knowledge of data centre electrical systems and redundancy design (Tier III / IV).
  • Understanding of international electrical standards (NEC, IEC, NFPA, and IEEE).
  • Strong focus on output speed, detail accuracy, and deliverable quality.
