Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Support professional to join our team in India to support European region sales. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales team by providing technical and commercial assistance for projects in the Plant Engineering domain. A deep understanding of engineering solutions and market requirements in the Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or FMCG sectors is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to the sales team and clients.
• Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and execution teams to develop solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to clarify requirements and align technical details.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes.
• Support the sales team in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Chemical or related fields preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales support, technical sales, or plant engineering.
• Strong background in one or more of the following industries: Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, or FMCG.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with multinational teams and clients.
• Understanding of project lifecycles and industrial plant operations.
