• PEB Lead operations: Planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and timely project delivery.
• Mentoring team members to suit to the customer requirements.
• All types of PEB buildings checking erection, fabrication, sheeting drawings and bill of material.
• Proficient in all type of PEB connection detailing for different types of steel framing arrangement.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address queries and provide project updates.​
• Should be able to raise RFIs with the client and answer them with the fabrication unit.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
