Roles & Responsibilities:

• AutoCAD & Catia-V5, Capitol Harness Logic/XC &/or Mentor graphics required.
• Hands on Experience in Electrical harness modeling in CATIA V5 – Electrical harness Routing (EHI) and Electrical Fitting installation.
• Analyze and create Electrical designs in 3D models using Schematic drawings.
• Passenger Aircraft electrical system design experience.
• Wire Bundle calculation.
• knowledge about selection of components, connectors, wire sizes & Conduits,
• Design considerations for type of protections required while routing wire harnesses.
• Able to define: Branching, bend radius, colors requirement per industry standards.
• Hands on experience in designing of supporting brackets for the installation of wire harnesses using Sheetmetal/ part module in Catia – V5.
• Experienced in applying GD&T and perform Tol. Stack up.
• Maintains Aerospace Industry related and applicable documents.
