| Mr.
B. R. Taneja |
|
 |
|
B. R. Taneja is one of the promoters
of the Company. He visions to make TAAL Technologies
a global corporation with leadership position in
providing contemporary Engineering and Technology
solutions. His vision for TAAL Technologies is to
make it a large, global organisation with its own
uniqueness, strengths and differentiation. He is the
Founder and Chairman of The Indian Seamless Metal
Tubes (ISMT). He also promoted Taneja Aerospace &
Aviation Ltd which is the first and the only private
sector company in India to manufacture civil
aircrafts. In addition to working on strategies to
realize his vision for the ISMT, Taneja Aerospace &
Aviation Ltd and TAAL Technologies, B.R. Taneja has
a keen interest in public policy. He has degrees in
engineering and management and started his career
with the Indian Tube Company. |

| Mr.
Salil Taneja |
|
 |
|
Salil is the Chairman
of the Board of the company and actively
participates in the Strategic decision making
process of the company. Salil has been associated
with TAAL since its inception and has played a role
in guiding the operations and directing the
strategies of the company. Salil also serves on the
board of ISMT Ltd. where he is in charge of Human
Resource Development and Corporate Strategy. Salil
holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Case
Western Reserve University, Ohio and a Masters in
Public and Private Management (MPPM) from Yale
University, New Haven. |

| Mr.
Prakash Saralaya |
|
 |
|
Prakash provides
vision, strategic direction and leadership to TAAL
Technologies. His key focus is to develop TAAL
Technologies as an innovative, vibrant and highly
successful organization which excels by virtue of
delivering unique values to customers. Before
joining TAAL Technologies, Prakash held various
leadership roles in Engineering and Technology
Services business in USA, Europe and India. Prakash
holds degree in mechanical engineering from NIT,
Surathkal, India and MBA from Northern Illinois
University, USA. |

| Mr.
C.S. Kameswaran |
|
 |
|
Kameswaran has more
than three decades of working experience in large
and medium scale industries at Senior Levels in
areas like Corporate Planning, Marketing, Production
, Finance Personnel Etc., He is a Chartered
Accountant by profession with Masters in Business
Administration. At present he is in the Board of
TAAL and MD of the Taneja Aerospace and Aviation
Limited. He has been associated with TAAL for more
than a decade. |
