Chief Marshal (Retd) Fali Homi Major |

Air Chief Marshal F. H.
Major was commissioned in the Indian Air
Force as a pilot in 1967. In the career span of over
four decades, he has logged over 7500 hours of
flying on various aircrafts / helicopters, and held
numerous key operational and staff appointments in
the IAF. He has wide exposure and experience in
conducting complex air operations, maintenance of
aviation assets and human resources management. He
was responsible for maintaining a credible combat
edge to project India’s Aerospace power & capability
to provide quick options to the country’s leadership
in emergent / conflict situations. His education
qualification includes M Phil in Defense Studies &
FRAeS. He is currently an independent Director on
the Board of Air India. |

Saxena |

Naveen Saxena
has handled Marketing of CFLs, LEDs and Decorative
Lighting business which was created from ground
zero. Over 17 years of experience with balanced
exposure of Marketing and Sales with work experience
in both metro and up-country market. He has
developed well-honed expertise in the areas of sales
strategies, business development, market
development, channel development, promotional
activities across India. He is a confident
professional and extremely detail oriented. He has
great insight of consumer needs which helps him in
the development of new ideas and solution to address
the needs and aspirations of the customers. |

Gen (Retd.) Umang Kapoor |

Umang Kapoor is
a multi talented High Level Executive with an
innovative mind and a unique problem-solving
approach. He has got 27 years of association with
the DRDO after the 11 years stint with the Indian
Army. Has core competence in team building, project
management, training and administration. He has been
a key player in teaching Management to
Commercialization of DRDO’s technologies,
involvement in the Nuclear Tests at Pokhran, Exports
ex-DRDO. He has shifted laterals and verticals which
is a very rare phenomenon in a Defense
Establishment. He has honed his management skills in
planning of strategies, decision making and
logistics management. |
